Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Our company is moving from their Skype for Business to Teams. So I've seen it, I've looked at it, I've used it somewhat enjoyed the UI.""It is a scalable solution.""Microsoft Teams is user-friendly and flexible. I like its SharePoint feature also.""The solution's most valuable feature is connecting calls to concerned people anytime. It works much faster.""What I use the most is the plugin or the optimization feature.""I like the video call and document-sharing features.""The most valuable feature of Microsoft Teams is the ability to create Google calendar invites. When I click on that option to create an invite, it will go straight to Google in my web browser, and it creates a meeting folder. I'm able to share it with the customers. I've not seen that option in Zoom. Additionally, the solution has high performance, and the video and quality of the calls are good. It has all the features that I need.""It's great for meetings and even hybrid classes, for example, where the teacher has students attending in person and online at the same time. It's really convenient for that too, and I like that you can easily share presentations."

Cons
"After six months of working with it, I still find the UI a little clunky when it comes to sharing content and moving around between features like the calendar and files.""The solution's login process could be more straightforward.""I think the ability to use a whiteboard in the solution is not very simple.""The solution's interface probably needs to be a bit different in terms of cloud sharing.""Technical support could be improved.""With respect to security, there needs to be more work done. I was surprised, for example, yesterday, when my daughter was able to use my Microsoft Teams interface for her schoolwork. I was surprised that they could do that, because I believe it was only for my own personal use.""The solution’s stability could be improved.""The way we test the audio devices must be improved."

"Since I have been using such an old version, most of the improvements have already been made, but I would suggest moving forward with the times and creating a cloud-based solution for universal access."
