The initial setup was simple and straightforward. It's really easy to use the solution. The design of the solution is its most valuable feature. The integration with Teams is the biggest value for us. In fact, it has only become more valuable now that it has integration with Teams. Teams allows you to stream, so that's good. The most valuable feature of this solution is the communication events.Valuable features include the integration with Microsoft Office and the fact that it is in the cloud. Also, it's quite easy to use.

Cons
The solution should offer a way for people to virtually raise their hands in a meeting so that everyone can speak. There's a user voice for this already, but it would help if there was some sort of visual cue as well.I didn't know that Teams is part of Office 365, so I think that it should be better advertised with its features and capabilities.I would like to see Outlook options added to this solution. The mobile application needs improvement. There are a lot of features on the web and desktop versions that aren't implemented yet on mobile. In the next release, I would like to have the interface modernized and brought more up to date.I think they can improve the all those segments for channel bulking. Also, some functionalities which migrated from Skype for Business to Teams, is not supported by Teams. We had used them in Skype for Business. We occasionally have issues with synchronization between different dates. This aspect of stability needs improvement. The product is immature and lacks some of the features and functionality you would expect in a collaboration tool.

The product seems to just add to the complexity of using existing tools. We tried to integrate into SharePoint, but it was not really efficient.Yammer should be able to integrate with Microsoft products, such as Outlook. The solution must be able to stream by itself, without integration, the same way that you are able to do it on Facebook Live, Instagram, etc. Streaming must be embedded into it.This solution would be improved if it was well integrated with other communication applications.I would like to see a fancier user interface. That is one of the weak points of Yammer.Users need to be in the Acting Directory to exploit the features.

Pricing and Cost Advice
We are satisfied with the price of this solution. It is the standard license which is part of many Office packets.Pricing is free to a threshold and then after that you have to license per user.
