Find out in this report how the two Activity Based Costing Software solutions compare in terms of features, pricing, service and support, easy of deployment, and ROI."As NetSuite ERP is a cloud product, a valuable feature I found in it is the very friendly user interface. You can set up shortcuts within the applications for frequently used reports or navigation. You can also customize dashboards in NetSuite ERP. Another feature I found valuable in the solution is good reporting. It has many industry-standard reports focused on finance and inventory. I also like the seamless switching between production and test environments and that you can customize the environments within NetSuite ERP. For example, you can put banners on your test and production environments to differentiate or segregate the logins to prevent mistakes. The solution is pretty easy to use and navigate, and it's more of a lightweight software. I like that it's a cloud product, so work is done on the front end rather than the back end. There's also a community for NetSuite ERP where you can raise your queries and issues. You'll find other people sharing experiences about common issues so you can get quick fixes from the community."
"I would say that the solution is highly configurable."
"The initial setup is easy."
"Every year, they release a new version."
"We can install the bundles based on our needs."
"NetSuite is significantly more affordable than Oracle EBS and offers a wider range of features than other OEMs."
"It is a very solid product for finance and procure-to-pay processes."
"The most valuable feature in NetSuite ERP is the user interface."
"The initial setup is not complex. The deployment process was relatively straightforward."
"The most valuable feature of Sage Business Cloud Enterprise Management is the business intelligence module. Additionally, report consolidation, cloud access, and analysis are useful."
"The accounting part and the procurement part are most valuable. It is a very good system with workflows and notifications."
"The solution is parameterized so it naturally has the ability to parameterize, configure, and adapt to various organizational procedures."
"The product should improve its warehouse management solution."
"The manufacturing and planning side could be improved. That part isn't up to date. NetSuite could be easier to integrate in general."
"What needs to be improved is the development in the other areas and other businesses that can use NetSuite."
"The solution could be more stable."
"If they could provide more integration options to connect with different products, that would be ideal."
"The pricing is high."
"If you do go through an implementor, you need to be careful that they are actual implementors and not just resellers."
"The areas that this product needs to improve on is the implementation and inventory processes."
"It is not suitable for corporate or manufacturing companies. For example, it's challenging to use it for a manufacturing company."
"Its implementation process is kind of complicated. If the person implementing it doesn't know what he is doing, the system can have many issues. Sage X3 is just an accounting system. As compared to Oracle E-Business Suite, it does not cover a lot of functionality. It doesn't have the payroll, lease management, and HR modules. Oracle E-Business Suite is better than Sage X3."
"Sage Business Cloud Enterprise Management could improve the search functionality. For example, if I was to search for a transaction from last year it would be difficult to accomplish. I have to scroll through to find what I am looking for. The approach should be more similar to Quickbooks where when you search for something it takes you directly to the searched item."
"The solution does not have a solid, out-of-the-box API architecture that is supported."
