"Operations Analytics provides statistics, so it's like the dashboard in your car that tells you the temperature, RPMs, etc, and if something goes wrong in your car, a warning light comes on. So in analytics, you set thresholds for the thread count, and it sends you an email when it reaches a certain amount."

"There are times when you restart the engines and the servers have a unique ID for the host and you need to remove the server. It is difficult because some are on-premise and others are production hosts. Having downtime is not very good when updating. However, it is not a constant issue."

For example, if I want to size my system for an event for New Year or Christmas season based on the historical data, I won't be able to find the historical data. Currently, the data is limited to three months. It would be helpful if they can provide historical data for a longer duration so that we can plan our system accordingly."
