We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"It is stable.""My primary use case is for preparing presentations to teach, often on PowerPoint.""As an email provider, I believe Office 365 is the best email provider.""The most innovative feature of Office 365 is the Power Apps, which allows us to automate literally everything that we want automated. For example, sending attachments to specific folders on SharePoint, adding people's SharePoint when certain apps are performed, or emailing certain people at certain instances, such as when you've done a follow-up with the CRM and you need a marketing email to be sent out at a particular point.""We use it for documentation management, to collaborate with Microsoft Teams, web calls, web conference calls, chats, and as a documentation repository mainly. We have an Office pack suite to be able to write documentation, make spreadsheets, and create PowerPoints.""There's a lot there in terms of apps and features.""The cloud service and Skype are the most valuable features.""Most of the work that seems not to work offline works perfectly with Microsoft Office 2013, like converting a Word document to a PDF file."

"It's a very scalable solution and the performance is pretty good. The scalability, in my opinion, is the biggest advantage.""A great solution for storing and searching large volumes of documents with easy access.""Integration within the solution is very good.""Oracle integrates well with other products to cover Big Data.""You can move workloads in between sub-servers so that you don't overload a portion of the server.""WebCenter's interface is very user-friendly.""The WebCenter Content is its most valuable feature. After we update a document in WebCenter Content, it can be update automatically in our intranet."

Cons
"Integration between Outlook calendar and Google Calendar would be a good improvement since many of our team use Android phones and personal Gmail accounts as their main calendar application.""Performance-wise, Office 365 needs a lot of bandwidth. The problem is, the solution requires very high bandwidth and internet usage. Meaning, the desktop application consumes a lot of internet data. Sometimes, when the connection is slow, it won't work and it won't load. This is an area for improvement for Office 365.""If two people update the same file, it causes issues.""In terms of improvement, it should have tutorials when you first have the opportunity to use it, to be able to really learn it.""In the next release, I would like to have a more intuitive tutorial.""The online applications have limited functionality compared to the local applications.""Improvements can be made to the products generic offering. It's not customized for health care. It doesn't understand the meaning of health care related concepts. Providing a greater degree of industry specificity would make the tool much more unique and valuable.""The security should be improved."

"Does not seem to be totally compatible with Windows 10 as of our current version.""WebCenter requires a lot of design effort to upload content to our regular system.""The solution should be offered in Persian. Right now, our version is in English, and there's a bit of a language barrier between the users and the product.""The speed of the backup should be enhanced.""I would like them to add more Web 2.0 features.""This solution needs to support translation into the Arabic language.""Its functions need more stability.""There are many document management systems that offer pretty much the same functionalities but at a lower price. The product as such is pretty good. However, the pricing is not comparable. They need to adjust their pricing to be more competitive on the market."
