It allows me to present or to demonstrate the business process flow, visually, without having to resort to PowerPoint, Visio, or other products.The speed and execution of DMN was a big selling point for us. It's very good at conducting business processes that are easily modeled and presented in a way that's easy to understand.The solution is easily compatible with HTML forms and HTML language programming and that is the most significant part.When I compare it with other BPM tools, like IBM, it is great, open source, and free when you use the community version.The most valuable feature is the ability to share the logic within the rules engine with the business, so you can put it up for everybody to read.The number of client implementations and cross-language capabilities to support multiple frameworks is very pluggable compared to Pega. It's also more portable.I've found the active community most valuable but it also provides you with a lot of other features.We are documenting all of the processors and VPN. Then we are sharing it with our business users.

In terms of its most valuable features, this solution, in general, will provide all you need and it's very convenient to use. We can share our details to collaborative platforms. We can give access to users. It's pretty flexible.It's all now on cloud subscription, so you can use all the features without worrying about making the system updates patches.We have manual processes, so the workflow enables us to automate a number of these processes.

This is one of the best solutions and it is easy to implement.The collaboration hub is good because it allows us to share the models that we've captured and to get comments back, and we don't all have to be in the same room, it can be remote and over time.The collaboration function in the project views is valuable because people can comment on the processes and we can respond.The most valuable feature is that you can customize it completely with all of the attributes that you need.This solution is innovative and simple to use.This product has helped us to work within standards for process planning.I love the collaboration function, especially the option to invite people who don't have any users on the licenses.It is possible to do the whole drafting process at the same time in Sagnavio so you don't have a double effort of writing it once, arranging it and entering it again.

If there were some industry templates it would have helped significantly, because it is similar to a process map for a domain. That is what we are currently creating, a domain-relevant process map.Especially when you use the open-source version, there are issues with performance.I would also like a very easy to use form builder.I would like to have a feature for audit logging, audit logs and audit log management. And some history of use for the audit logs.I would like to see the forms engine available in the open-source version of this solution.The user interface needs improvement. It should be more tailored to the end-user and offer a better user experience design over the user interface itself.I would say that Camunda should actually focus on small cases as well. There's a lot of space out there, for small businesses. If they can, they should cater to them.When you search for Camunda BPM resources or books on how to utilize Camunda BPM, it is lacking. When it comes to Alfresco, there are thousands of resources that can help you to utilize within AWS and its Group Services. I would like to see the usage of Camunda BPM on Amazon Web Services be improved.

They are not going for any add-ons right now. It's the same version we are still using and there is no plan of upgrading and/or creating any add-ons at all.They need to come with more out of the box solutions, rather than depending on customers to develop them.We have a very good time to market tool, and the development platform should be made user-friendly. Mostly, it's just support.

The licensing model could be better.The performance metrics appearing in the collaboration hub needs to be improved.I would like to see the inclusion of some document management functionality so that we don't need to integrate with a second solution to accommodate this.We would like a better way to give users the correct permissions for processes, whether to view or design.I would like to see more integration with the process manager in terms of the workflow accelerator.There is always room for improvement is the capability of integration with other solutions.The user administration, the user-group administration, and the license models need improvement.Part of the product that I think can improve is document control. That's currently not even possible. To work with documents we have something of a workaround using SharePoint.

Pricing and Cost Advice
I use the open-source free version.Camunda is much cheaper.We are using the open-source version of this solution.It is less cost-prohibitive than other solutions on the market. This solution was in our price range.

I think we're spending about $150,000 a year on licensing costs.I think that the price of the licenses is between $2,000 USD and $3,000 USD per license per year, plus the hub usage. I cannot remember the exact cost, but it is affordable.My client purchased one editor license and the collaboration hub, which covers up to a hundred people.This solution provides really great value for the money.Lower than the competition with highly flexible licensing plans.
