We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The fact that it allows for the internal sharing of information is very good.""The collaborative environment for long-term archival or record management is great.""OpenText 360's best features are platform independence and its performance when searching large numbers of documents.""The product has a strong and easy integration with Teams.""It has a lot of flexibility, and Microsoft does come up with some new additions from time to time.""This solution has good connection and we do not need to migrate everything in order to protect the repository.""The most valuable feature of OpenText 360 for SharePoint is its performance. The solution is one of the best in the market if you search the internet.""In terms of its most valuable features, this solution, in general, will provide all you need and it's very convenient to use. We can share our details to collaborative platforms. We can give access to users. It's pretty flexible."

"SAP Signavio Process Manager is very responsive.""The drag-and-drop functionality in Signavio is impressive and user-friendly, allowing easy connection to other elements without the need for excessive back-and-forth.""All in all, Signavio usability is excellent. Anyone can learn to use the tool quickly. This increases acceptance as employees are not facing a high learning curve. With the offered usability it is easy to model processes also live in workshops.""It is a stable solution.""The benefit of this application is that I can immediately describe processes and form normative documents for these processes. For me, this is definitely a plus. Сurrently, I work in a company that is not involved in the structural alignment of business processes. They have huge gaps in this. Nothing is described and there are no norms. Therefore, the formation of regulatory documents, rules, and descriptions of processes, not only in graphic form, but also in documentary form is an absolute plus. I have not found this in other process programs.""The most valuable feature for me is usability.""The GUI is very easy to use, where you can sit together with your colleagues, discuss the process, and during these discussions you can build up the model.""It is a scalable solution."

Cons
"We have a very good time to market tool, and the development platform should be made user-friendly. Mostly, it's just support.""Integration is an area where the solution lacks.""The platform's workflows could be more intuitive and easier to use.""They are not going for any add-ons right now. It's the same version we are still using and there is no plan of upgrading and/or creating any add-ons at all.""I would like for there to be even more integrations in the next release and I believe that the price could go down a bit.""If I have to really create an internal knowledge management portal, if I have to compare SharePoint and WordPress, WordPress is far, far better in regard to the SharePoint option.""They need to come with more out of the box solutions, rather than depending on customers to develop them.""Its licensing needs to be simplified. Currently, its licensing is very complex. It contains a number of pieces, and you have to be an expert in reading all the conditions in the license. They should simplify the licensing and make it easier to understand. It would make a customer's life easier."

"I think the intuitive handling is an issue which they should be more focused on, especially as we have issues with the glossary. If you want to implement Signavio within procedures in contact with other software, it's quite difficult to integrate and you will have several points where you have to double and triple the work, because you cannot maintain the data centrally. With other solutions, we can integrate it and have only one data transfer, to import and export with other solutions. A glossary is still limiting us.""Typically, a business process management suite would cover the whole lifecycle, from discovery to optimization and operations. This is running on the process server and providing some kind of low-code environment for developing business solutions. I think the latter part is missing, where SAP Connector comes in. Specifically, the execution of processes is missing, where you would design forms to take orders. This is typically part of some development environment for the process server to run processes from out of the models.""I would like to be able to link a single word within a textual description directly to the glossary.""There are a lot of challenges with Process Manager. For example, we wanted to create a process map from an Excel sheet, but Signavio doesn't have that capability. I have raised this issue with Signavio support, but it is one of the bottlenecks we are currently facing.""The collaboration and commenting are great. However, I think it would be more useful for people to get notifications of comments straight-away so we can react even quicker to them than we already can.""Its reporting feature could have customization options.""If you start from scratch then I think this product would be ideal, but if you already have something then it may or may not suit you.""From what I have experienced when I worked with a process team, we would like to work with dummy process diagrams. Right now, I don't know if I would set up a process as a dummy, since it very often gets mixed up with diagrams in production. There are many process diagrams linked to the production environment. I would like to have some kind of sandbox to work with. That would be very good. I don't even know if they already have it, but I would certainly like that."
