It has a very good response time.This solution has improved the organization in several ways, including saving many help-desk password-reset calls, IT staff productivity, and quicker user on-boarding.The most valuable feature is the flexible automation functionality which has optimized our user access privilege management. This has allowed us to create and delete user accounts more accurately and efficiently. It gets a mobility portal in place in conjunction with Office 365. It provides very good possibilities and it's much better than other technology that we have used before which was unstable and slower.I find the auto-discovery feature the most valuable. It helps us automate a lot of things using a single password across applications.

Cons
It responds fast but because of the bugs we have already had some major incidents and complete unavailability.Simplify & add more functionality to Identity Cloud Service (IDCS).You need full visibility because the suite of features are complex and you have to be clear on what you want to implement.They need to improve their backup strategy.Automation of validation exercises performed by humans over Recon Exceptions generated as a result of an access synchronization event over a user's need for access or not.I have yet to see its full functionality exercised in my organization.

They could use some bio-certification. It's just more user-friendly and more convenient than entering the one time passes. That would be an improvement.It has a long way to go until it is a cloud-based solution.
