We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"Oracle Cloud Services integrates well. It has lots of APIs to integrate with other solutions, like the PBX we use from Cisco. The ability to integrate Siebel data with Cisco PBX was nice.""Previously, my clients used a smaller ERP system, not a major one. However, they have now transitioned to Oracle, which provides them with a more extensive range of options. Unlike before, it's now an integrated system that covers various aspects, including finance, supply chain management, and other functionalities.""Oracle Service Cloud could improve the integration for older platforms.""The product's most valuable feature is an efficient fusion of finance and HR modules.""The most valuable feature of the solution is that customers can easily understand it.""The solution is completely cloud-based and very easy to access from anywhere.""Oracle's strength lies in swiftly building and deploying enterprise applications globally.""It offers a seamless experience with quick deployment—eliminating prolonged implementation and installation processes."

"Customer tracking, order management, sales tracking and PO tracking provide efficiency.""Zoho CRM handles the entire customer relationship management, from lead generation to workflows, reports, and lead qualification.""We can customize the solution the way we want to.""Zoho CRM is easy to use and easy to understand.""Zoho CRM is very simple and easy to use.""CRM software that's simple to use, with good technical support, scalability, and stability.""The most valuable features are the lead, opportunity and task management as well as dashboard creation, reporting, contact management and campaigns.""What I like best about Zoho CRM is the web form feature. I find Zoho CRM forms excellent."

Cons
"The dependency on the dollar makes these products more costly during disruptions in currency parity, especially in countries like Pakistan.""The solution’s reporting could be improved.""Oracle counts users for licensing purposes, regardless of their roles or usage patterns. This process could be better.""Oracle Fusion Service needs to improve its documentation part because we do not have proper documentation.""Oracle Service Cloud could improve the integration for older platforms.""The product must provide modules for operations management.""The user experience has to be much better.""The product's option to upload payroll data doesn't work seamlessly."

"There are at least two big pieces. One is just the ability to reorganize the data and clean it up to eliminate duplicates and things like that. It is very manual at the moment. It only gives us certain fields that we can check on. Because of our particular database, it creates a problem. We deal with hospitals, and there are 50 hospitals. It is tough to figure out which one is which. Is it this one or the other one? So, trying to clean things up is very difficult. I'd like to have more ability to share data fields. The data is structured into different buckets, and I frequently have to create the same field in two different buckets. It would be nice if I could just do a view-only field in another bucket. In my contact bucket, I would like to be able to have just a view-only of the account information so that I don't need to enter it again, which is what I have to do currently.""The chatbot feature is not very intelligent and lacks AI capabilities.""In Creator, you can do calculations and change another field immediately after you enter any value. If you add the quantity or price in any field, you can immediately change the total in Creator. The same functionality is not directly available in CRM because it is prebuilt.""This solution needs a more user-friendly interface.""Zoho CRM’s customer service can be a little difficult to reach sometimes.""What needs improvement in Zoho CRM is the UI. It needs to be more user-friendly. I like Salesforce better than Zoho CRM in terms of the UI, so if Zoho CRM can make some UI changes, that would make the tool better.""Custom development is often necessary to make such extensive changes, and it does come with associated costs.""The process of creating reports is not very user-friendly - it takes time, and it's confusing."
