"UiPath Process Mining's most valuable feature is its integration with RPA's bots.""I use this solution for product mining and docking.""The solution counts the number of cross-sections at each step of the year which allows you to see all the data to figure out what is happening in the company. You do not need to manually collect data, it continuously updates the data. Overall the solution is easy to use and has dashboards.""I rate the solution's initial setup a nine out of ten...I rate the solution a nine on a scale of one to ten, where one is not stable and ten is stable.""It has all the features in terms of being able to read and analyze data from various systems.""It proves beneficial for comparing our initial documentation, outlining steps like purchase requisitions, approvals, and process diagrams, with the actual occurrences in the SAP system.""It empowers employee decision-making. It helps them locate bottlenecks and remediate items.""Its most valuable features are that it is easy to use and to find people who actually do the UiPath."

Cons
"Process Mining Group ProM could improve user-friendliness and the error messages that are provided are not helpful for end users."

"In terms of what can be improved, what I've seen so far in most of the implementations is that the client's expectations towards the RPA solution and their road map for the solution are different. The road map should be very clear in terms of what should be done and why it has to be done.""It would be beneficial to improve the cost since it is quite expensive.""We sometimes can have some issues with the scalability on the platform because we are sharing the licenses.""The technical support for UiPath Process Mining needs some improvement.""UiPath could improve on how it works with the project management process and flow.""I think they need to work more on producing low code to make it more end-user-friendly.""It should be more intuitive and easy to work with. There should be more ways of creating filters, and it should be easy to make our own customized dashboards. Currently, if I want to create a dashboard similar to the one we have in AppOne but with different attributes, it is very difficult. There are activities, but I don't want activities. I want other attributes. Its user interface is not very intuitive. You need to play around with it. I have been playing around with the UiPath Process Mining tool for almost two years, and now I feel confident in handling it. It is a difficult tool.""There are a few complexities involved in setting up the solution."

    Reviews from Real Users

Below are some reviews and helpful feedback written by UiPath Process Mining users.

PeerSpot user Nilesh P., Associate Director - Cloud Architect at a computer software company, says, “It's easy to develop, maintain, and manage, and it helps in task mining and process mining.” He adds, "With UiPath in place, we are moving away from training people on the core applications, which are pretty complex. We've built a headless frontend, so it's really easy for anybody to join our company and be productive."

A Hyperautomation Architect at an insurance company mentions, “My shortlist of valuable features includes all the different types of analysis. For example, you can do a root cause analysis. In other words, if you have a process that has many different scenarios, you can identify where the problem is. You can also identify bottlenecks with root cause analysis. You do this by looking at the time that has been spent in specific stages or steps within the processes being performed. Another great feature is the ability to see processes at a higher level and take in the whole picture. If a process has too many variances — say there are 20 different ways of doing the task — you can identify which process is the one where that happens more often. This will prompt you to focus on that process for any possible ways to automate it and simplify the complexity.”

Karthikeyan M., Chief Sales & Marketing Officer - RPA evangelist at AQM Technologies, says, "For us, the most important feature of UiPath Process Mining is something called Document Understanding. We have found it to be extremely valuable, given that the current situation we have right now is that it's not just pure automation of manual and repetitive tasks. What we're doing is more along the lines of what you could call "intelligent" automation. Document Understanding plays a great role in this type of process automation because it helps us in automating the reading of documents better and, therefore, helps to automate intelligence for our customers."
