Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The solution serves its purpose and does what we need it to do.""It is the most stable solution that I've ever worked with."

More QAD Cloud ERP Pros →

"What's most helpful to customers who use SAP Business One is that the solution is fully integrated and easy to use. It's very easy to digest and has many features for small to medium companies.""The solution is stable.""I like analytics, dashboard, and KPIs a lot. It is very helpful when I need to check balances and financial statements.""Add-ons that can be implemented are most valuable.""I have been happy with the intern purchases, and finance, such as banking.""The efficient Intercompany sales to purchase order conversion is great.""Less complicated than other similar solutions.""Sales CRM and Financials are most valuable."

Cons
"Just implementing an ERP system takes a lot of time.""The product lacks a lot of features and technology."

More QAD Cloud ERP Cons →

"Lacks ability to integrate with other tools.""SAP Business One could improve by automatically inputting exchange rates in the software. We currently have to enter them manually to find the appropriate exchange rates from a website. If it could be done with one click it would be helpful and more straightforward.""There are possibilities to extend its functionality. Things such as Quality Management System (QMS) and Payroll are currently not a part of the product. These things are needed.""The solution's CRM module can be made better.""In SAP Business One, customization can be made easier...I would tell those planning to use the solution that though it is a good solution, it might not be a complete solution since there are some missing features in it.""It is limiting in terms of the in-between communication for manufacturing. We are suffering from a lot of issues in production. We are now considering S/4HANA, and we are also looking for some customized tools to integrate with SAP Business One.""SAP Business One could improve asset management, inventory management, banking system, and production. Additionally, SAP Business One did not deduct TDS, withholding tax on payments.""The installation process could be easier. They should have better tools to improve the effectiveness of the installation."

Information Not Available
  • "Business One is reasonable considering the functionality."
  • "In terms of price, it's fair, but the problem is with AMC."
  • "Its price is reasonable. People are able to spend that much."
  • "Its licensing model is good. There is a one-off payment for the software license, and after that, you only need to pay the annual maintenance fee. Compared to other cloud-based systems, this cost model is quite reasonable for SMEs."
  • "We pay annually. It is around 800 a month."
  • "We feel that the licensing fees are a bit on the higher side."
  • "We compared the Microsoft solution with Oracle NetSuite, as they have a price decrease. It is, however, not that much cheaper, and the price is comparable to SAP."
  • "Its price is reasonable. We have about 200 licenses. We have to pay every year for the license."
