"It offers users a rather simple interface."
"The solution is scalable."
"SAP Business One is very stable, and I would rate its performance as ten out of ten."

"The most valuable features are the claim management."

"MDG provides a central location for governance of the creation/updating processes of master data. It allows you to change several fields in the same object. For example, we can change a field on the purchasing view and change another field on an accounting view to the same material at the same time."
"The solution has a lot of good integrated modules."
"The implementation is very straightforward."
"The solution is very mature."
"The accounting module's record and report process is closely integrated with almost every other process."
"It is limiting in terms of the in-between communication for manufacturing. We are suffering from a lot of issues in production. We are now considering S/4HANA, and we are also looking for some customized tools to integrate with SAP Business One."
"I'd like to see the solution become more user-friendly."
"The solution's CRM module can be made better."
"We don't have the functionality of the supply chain and mobile applications."
"There are problems with Business One's collection management and reconciliation."

"There are a lot of good improvements coming out in every version. They release a new version every quarter, with all new up-and-coming things on each one. However, it might be lacking specifications for the specific verticals. However, SAP Business One is a generic tool. It's very widely used, and I understand why it's not into each vertical. There are solution partners available out there to give it those extra areas of what it needs, but this is depending on what kind of business you run."
"You get support through the vendor, not SAP directly. If your vendor is good, you get good support. If it is not a good vendor, the support is very bad."
"Their support should be improved. Instead of giving a general solution, their consultants should first try to understand the problem and then resolve the same. They should properly investigate the issue before providing the solution."
"There is room for improvement in the integration of the solution, especially in the payroll area."
"SAP ERP's initial setup phase needs to be simplified."
"The product does not update budgeting based on exchange rates which is important for BPM."
"It is not easily integrated with outside products."
"The only feature that is not available in our current version is web access."
