Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"It is remarkably easy to configure and code, and it doesn't require an extensive technical background or coding expertise.""The initial setup of SAP Contextor is easy.""The most valuable feature of SAP Contextor is that everyone is in one place in the program that I need.""The standout features of SAP Intelligent RPA are its flexibility and integration capabilities.""Contextor is a good solution for a Citrix environment. It's the first with this tool. Other tools provide the same functionality, but not with the Citrix environment.""Most of the details are already in the help portal and SAP notes are available. It is well documented as part of the product support.""Scalability is fine. It is pretty nice."

"The most valuable feature is that it is easy to use.""It takes care of simple tasks so users can focus more on exceptions than on regular use cases. They only focus on orders where they need to handle an exception, some information was not given, or there is an issue that they had to focus on. The rest of it goes straight through without human touch. We want to see our employees as engineers, wherein they think and solve problems, not necessarily have to do repetitive tasks. I think WorkFusion helps with avoiding repetitive tasks.""WorkFusion's RPA Express's ability to scale across multiple geographies with limited impact on additional IT Hardware requirements. This has enabled the scaling of Robotics capabilities and solutions across all our entities.""We recommend different solutions based on our customers' needs, and WorkFusion is what we offer for those who need a premium solution.""The dashboard is the solution's most valuable feature. When clients want to look at the data it's very easy for them to do so. The dashboard for the IT manager is very useful if there are issues and to create and follow processes.""In our opinion this group are the leaders in providing RPA solutions.""The document processing engine is good. We're extracting around 70 data points from a given document, and we have an automated extraction rate of 80 percent for those fields.""We need to analyze documents in order to understand them. We don't need to dedicate much time to this because WorkFusion's machine learning capabilities are very good. We can easily extract information and classify these documents. The document processing engine is very important to our organization because it is the center for many use cases, as we need to control the information contained in documents."

Cons
"For potential features or improvements, one aspect I would suggest enhancing is the flexibility of the extraction process.""I would like to see a better capacity for unstructured data, for example, PDF, or text within images.""The initial setup is of medium complexity. It is neither too hard nor too simple. You need some background in SAP and an understanding of it.""There should be more of an error, like a proper error feature, in future releases. Sometimes, we don't understand why that automation is not learning what, like, where it is stuck, or what is the reason like, or what is the criteria we are missing to add. So a proper error message would be helpful.""I found that the SAP scripting of a program is easier than SAP Contextor.""One way SAP Intelligent RPA could improve is by integrating built-in DI services for document processing.""SAP Contextor could improve by automating some processes."

More SAP Intelligent RPA Cons →

"WorkFusion comes packed with certain libraries and .jars. At times, you understand that you're using a system in which a library or .jar is outdated and you need to upgrade it... They need to better manage quickly making changes in WorkFusion to accommodate a situation where other technologies are not supporting the platform.""Where it can be improved is the speed. I built two bots, one with WorkFusion and the same thing with Python. My feeling was that the speed at which Python did things, how fast it did them, was quite cool. It was faster.""The product could do more to expand its 'codeless' coding options by adding drag-and-drop assistance in building bots for non-technical users.""One of the issues that we are facing here in China, is that we cannot access the material for training because it is on YouTube. In China, we do not have access to YouTube.""The product needs to be "simple and easy" to use. A good example of this is the use of Python code to perform automations. It is free and the skills transfer is able to happen quickly and the operation and initiation of the completed automation is easy to execute.""The user experience could be better both from an RPA perspective and from a business perspective.""It is complex for enterprise implementation. The solution needs a needs minimum, of 20-22 servers. It's no small task. This is not a straightforward setup. It's a large undertaking and there are many moving parts.""If we're talking from a developer perspective, the task of actually building automation is not ideal. That's not their strong side."

Pricing and Cost Advice
  • "This is not a tool or software with a license as others are. The SaaS model is based on the usage of the tool."
  • "The initial cost might seem higher, but over time, with continued use over five or ten years, the cost tends to decrease, making it a more economical choice."
  • "The pricing is not that expensive. It is manageable."
  • "It all comes with a bundle right now. Having advanced features, it is competitively priced."
  • More SAP Intelligent RPA Pricing and Cost Advice →

  • "Find it online."
  • "They have a very expensive license compared to any other automation tool. For instance, at $50,000 - $60,000, you can bring in an Automation Anywhere solution. For this solution, you need at least $250,000 to get something going."
  • "It is not the most expensive solution, but it is also not the cheapest."
  • "I can't speak to pricing. It's a contract signed by upper management."
  • "We are on an annual contract to use the solution."
  • "My client is using RPA Express, which is available for them to use free of charge."
  • "One upgrade took a year to do, from the first server being built to the last bot being migrated. This was because we had to migrate all our existing bots. This is the same process and time frame that we are expecting towards the upcoming upgrade. I will end up spending half a million dollars to do an upgrade."
  • "The solution was not the cheapest, but it was also not the most expensive. Workfusion was very open to negotiating pricing and to working within the objectives of our firm."
