Quotes From Members
We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"The ability to leave comments in the Collaboration Hub is a good and easy way for the employees to give feedback on the processes.""The solution is user-friendly.""I really like the Collaboration Hub because it's so easy to communicate. And what is really important is that you can use it asynchronously. It doesn't matter if you're working in Italy or in America. You are using the same process and you can speak about the same process.""The Signavio tool is very easy to use and it is one of the reasons why I like it.""Process Manager supports end-to-end transformation. Students can better understand end-to-end activity and processes as well as how they are run. For teaching, it's process discovery, then modeling, and finally optimization and simulation, partly. Typically, we showcase some simulation of the processes, and this is where we finish. That is why we validate that it's properly designed, but also what are the outcomes of modeled processes. There are also options for discussion on process optimization.""I have done a lot of modeling over quite a number of years, and I think that the modeling capabilities in Signavio are state of the art.""The solution provides data mining and AI features.""There are many valuable features, of course. I would say the main value of Signavio is to have your current process map in a way that is easy to read and derive optimization actions to make it leaner, faster, more user friendly, etc. Another great feature is the visualization, which is easy to see and read. How they map the process is also very user friendly, with drag-and-drop functionality. Also, it's a very self-explanatory, user-friendly solution."

"The personal learning tools are good.""It proves beneficial for comparing our initial documentation, outlining steps like purchase requisitions, approvals, and process diagrams, with the actual occurrences in the SAP system.""The most valuable feature is that it improves our processes and it deploys automation at a cheaper price, higher efficiency, and accuracy.""UiPath Process Mining has a good roadmap ahead for the future.""The most valuable feature is the analysis of operational processes.""The visualization part, showing the number of cases processed successfully after a process is executed, is the most valuable. It also showed how effective a bot is after production. This kind of analysis that we got from UiPath Process Mining was good.""Installation using the cloud solution is a seamless integration with virtually no installation time involved.""UiPath's human-in-the-loop features are helpful."

Cons
"The product's pricing could be improved.""Two executives cannot work on one modeling process simultaneously.""I think the intuitive handling is an issue which they should be more focused on, especially as we have issues with the glossary. If you want to implement Signavio within procedures in contact with other software, it's quite difficult to integrate and you will have several points where you have to double and triple the work, because you cannot maintain the data centrally. With other solutions, we can integrate it and have only one data transfer, to import and export with other solutions. A glossary is still limiting us.""It could use a better user interface, one that is more efficient.""There are some small graphical bugs, but they are addressed immediately by Signavio to their product development team.""The collaboration and commenting are great. However, I think it would be more useful for people to get notifications of comments straight-away so we can react even quicker to them than we already can.""It would be beneficial to have a defined leveling or hierarchy system to facilitate better understanding and analysis. More openness and flexibility would enhance its capabilities.""There is a need for more varied access packages. The access packages that I have used are not cheap enough. They also provide a complete set of tools that are not always used. Sometimes, you need more segregated things, e.g., Signavio includes functionality for a company that has not yet matured. Since there are no basic packages, the company must pay for a package that is not fully used. Typically, process management is started in a company of a certain maturity."

"Integration with new technologies should be kept up-to-date so they can be adopted as they are released.""Within UiPath, AI Fabric is a valuable feature, but Process Mining can be further improved with AI. AI is booming. Once they improve the AI capabilities, more and more customers will come to UiPath.""The dashboard could be improved by allowing customization and they could introduce a Mac version of the solution.""The ability to transform raw data into actionable information can be challenging due to the variability in our customers' processes.""I would like for user onboarding/onboarding of enterprise clients to be simplified in the next release.""I would like to see better integration with the Azure and AWS machine learning platforms.""Data crunching needs to be done by an analytics team and then imported.""The installation documentation and guides for users from UiPath Process Mining could be a little better."

    Reviews from Real Users

Below are some reviews and helpful feedback written by UiPath Process Mining users.

PeerSpot user Nilesh P., Associate Director - Cloud Architect at a computer software company, says, “It's easy to develop, maintain, and manage, and it helps in task mining and process mining.” He adds, "With UiPath in place, we are moving away from training people on the core applications, which are pretty complex. We've built a headless frontend, so it's really easy for anybody to join our company and be productive."

A Hyperautomation Architect at an insurance company mentions, “My shortlist of valuable features includes all the different types of analysis. For example, you can do a root cause analysis. In other words, if you have a process that has many different scenarios, you can identify where the problem is. You can also identify bottlenecks with root cause analysis. You do this by looking at the time that has been spent in specific stages or steps within the processes being performed. Another great feature is the ability to see processes at a higher level and take in the whole picture. If a process has too many variances — say there are 20 different ways of doing the task — you can identify which process is the one where that happens more often. This will prompt you to focus on that process for any possible ways to automate it and simplify the complexity.”

Karthikeyan M., Chief Sales & Marketing Officer - RPA evangelist at AQM Technologies, says, "For us, the most important feature of UiPath Process Mining is something called Document Understanding. We have found it to be extremely valuable, given that the current situation we have right now is that it's not just pure automation of manual and repetitive tasks. What we're doing is more along the lines of what you could call "intelligent" automation. Document Understanding plays a great role in this type of process automation because it helps us in automating the reading of documents better and, therefore, helps to automate intelligence for our customers."
