"One area for improvement in Sophos EPP Suite is the support response time, particularly of the management team. It could be faster because I only got a response from the manager after a few days. If you open a case directly from the website, the response from the technical support agent may have been faster. I didn't open the request from the website, so that could be the reason why the response time took longer."
"Difficult to set up on older systems."
"I know they were just bought out by Broadcom and there have been some difficulties with Broadcom as far as getting license renewals, etc. Mostly, due to the fact that it's confusing, even for the vendor, people are turned off by it. The vendors are telling us that it can take weeks for them to get a renewal quote, nevermind the actual renewal."
"Sometimes tech support is a bit slow to find a solution."
"It would be nice to see more antivirus features for USB control."
"The solution could improve by having a better graphical interface."
"It would be nice to have customized reports integrated on the main console with no additional DB server or BI server."
