"The initial setup was very easy...The solution is worth the money.""Zoom is scalable. We have about 10,000 users at my company.""The screen-sharing capabilities are very good.""Zoom is easy to use and does not consume very much in terms of resources.""Zoom helps us because it provides a whiteboard during the meeting. This is a very good feature.""The most valuable features of Zoom are the quality of the video is better than other solutions and they have a recording option that is useful. Additionally, it helps to collaborate with other organizations.""Some of the most valuable features are the performance and ease of use. Also, since everyone knows about and is familiar with Zoom, you don't need to teach them how to use it.""The solution is stable and user-friendly."

Cons
"We have had some problems with stability. A week ago, we had outaging but it has stablized."

"In the next release, I would like to see an easily accessible bandwidth feature so that you can see how much data you've used on a particular call.""They should improve the sharing file features from accessing the internal network. If we cannnot share our documents through this meeting, our meeting productivity will decrease dramatically. We need these features.""Zoom should have more functionalities for large online events.""One thing that Zoom can improve is the chat. You can send messages to a specific person without messaging everyone. But everyone sees the whole chat if the administrator lets them see the chat. Maybe they could add an option to let you open a private conversation on the side with a person.""The chat functionality that is included is always in plain text, and you cannot change fonts by making them bold or italic. It's a very plain and basic chat.""We would like to have the ability to connect people using phone numbers so that non-Zoom users can join conversations.""The solution can improve by having the option to be able to lock the primary speaker on high definition the entire time. Additionally, it would be a benefit to have easy Zoom room-like features for individuals using lightboards. There should be quick invitations and integration with Slack and Outlook.""Making Zoom Phone available in all countries is recommended. It would have been good to connect with people outside using Zoom Phone."
