We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

The most valuable aspect of this solution is that it is the easiest for participants to get connected to.We can easily connect the device and create a room and then we can call many devices. They have a feature called Call Me in which I need to type in my phone number and I can get a conference room to call my number rather than needing to dial in every time. I think that's a quite good feature. The most valuable option is screen sharing. The best feature is to be able to share the screen or just some application we want, even a video or audio, then request the remote control of the device with which they have connected.

The user interface is simple. The most valuable feature is the screen recording. The most valuable feature is video conferencing.Compared to any other platform, Zoom has been very stable for meetings and conference calls. It is very quick to get a meeting started. The most valuable feature is the remote desktop because sometimes we have to intervene and control the client's infrastructure. The most valuable feature of this solution is that you can have a lot of people in a meeting. It allows for both support and communication at the same time.

I would like for them to include a collaboration tool so that you can directly do a video call or audio call to your colleagues or anyone in the office. The UX should be more user-friendly. I know others don't like the UX because it's a little complicated to use.My company does a lot of international calls. For some countries they do not have their local number to call in, all they have is a 1-800 number which is quite hard to find. If they want to improve they should set up the local number to call in. What would be beneficial.I would like to see the addition of new features that will add value to the product. The modification of the email template is not very intuitive.

Recently, most of the people in my organization have not been able to dial in using the telephone number and have been required to join meetings using their devices.I found it very confusing to set up a meeting.Zoom is an immature product that is not yet stable.I would like to see support for transferring files.Technical support is in need of improvement.I would like to be able to have multiple users open and collaborate on a document at the same time.I would for Zoom to have the ability to file share. When sharing a screen, it's only dedicated to one particular window, not multiple windows

If you're looking for just a basic meeting tool, Zoom will do just fine. You can also share your screen as well as choose the option to share presentations ( in your case, its the Digital manual).
Cisco Webex is more for making video calls but some use it for training as well due to the fact that it was already used but I have experienced some latency (lag) with it. Anyone in the group viewing may correct me on this one.
In terms of popularity, its Zoom and webex which are the most popular tools
Blackboard and Adobe connect are more considered the virtual classroom technologies for teaching. They have many advanced features offering multi-classroom features which encourage students to engage differently.
They are far less popular than zoom or webex.

According to your requirements, I would encourage you to go towards Zoom. You can start by the free version and upgrade to the pro version depending on your requirements

Also, it works seamlessly on laptop, IOS and Android devices
Hope this helps.
Also, note that this was a quick review and we are doing a more comprehensive review based on a per -component basis.
