The solution gets deployed on the cloud.

We began implementing the tool in our company approximately two years ago. However, I am dissatisfied with the way the implementation process was carried out.

Though I am sure that the solution's deployment was done on the cloud, I am unsure whether it was done on a public or private cloud.

For the deployment and maintenance of the solution, we have one person in our company who acts as the main administrator. In each country where we operate, we have a person or two who are in touch with the main administrator. So, the total number of people adds up to four.

The initial setup is moderately complex. It's not extremely straightforward but it's not very complex either, it's something in between.
