Cornerstone HR Suite Other Advice

The most concerning point about these applications is that they offer cloud solutions, and everything goes and works well. But they are not committed or involved in the connection activity. We need to run those applications on the cloud. Since we are a company,

We have a lot of information on on-premise platforms. So they are not responsible for building any connection, interconnection, or interface between those legacy systems. And most of the time, the company must consider the proposed plans in making the interfaces. And building the interfaces is something we need to do on our own, and it's separate from the solution.

I rate this solution a seven out of ten.

Once we started using Cornerstone, we realized that the claims made by their sales team were not entirely accurate. While they responded positively to all of our questions during the sales process, we found that many features were either hard-coded and could not be customized or Cornerstone could not provide the solution. This has been frustrating for us. When we attempt to use their ATS functionality, we are unable to integrate it with any type of calendar. The purpose of using software is to digitize certain processes, but with this solution, we still have to rely on manual work, especially when sending invitations to candidates for interviews. The second issue we face is with writing comments. During the product demo, the system appeared to be highly flexible, but after purchasing and using it, we discovered that it was not as flexible as we thought. Furthermore, the Cornerstone HR Suite is outdated when compared to other ATS and HCM systems like Greenhouse and BambooHR.

If I had known the tool's inflexibility, I would have opted for a more modern product. However, I understand that Cornerstone HR Suite will likely remain in use for a long time, despite its lack of effort to improve its interface or flexibility.

I would tell those planning to use the solution that they should refrain from using it since it is not a flexible product.

Currently, many other tools in the market require much less configuration to operate than Cornerstone. When I tried to create a library for colleges with Cornerstone, it was disappointing to find out that the policies that needed to be read and the effort that people had to put in to find them required a lot of tedious steps. I should have been able to drag and drop the policies and state that one just needs to sign it when finished. Instead, I had to create a curriculum and place it elsewhere, which made the process more cumbersome. It is not a user-friendly tool at all.

Overall, I rate the product a four out of ten.

In regards to implementation, I would say to start simple, and then cross your roadmap to full implementation on a step by step basis.

I would rate it nine out of ten. There may be better solutions but it's probably one of the best integrated solutions.
