Cornerstone HR Suite Primary Use Case

We use Cornerstone to manage the onboarding processes, train, and gather information from a candidate for a vacancy or an available position. Then directing them regarding the documents they must upload, the templates, and the formats they must follow. Initially, we start with the legal and internal documentation or internal policies. Then we use videos to train how the employees should behave inside our installations and locations. We are further moving to topics like laptop security and maintaining confidentiality about the information related to our internal policies. So, Cornerstone is used for playing training courses and short videos based on company requirements.

The second use of Cornerstone is to explore more specific topics related to the functions or responsibilities in the different areas.

By definition, Cornerstone is deployed on the cloud. I implement it for our customers. HR Suite is meant to be used for all HR processes, so our primary use case is to cover basic HR administration. It also covers recruitment, learning, performance, succession management, and compensation.
