In the past, I have used other tools.

My company chose Boomi AtomSphere Integration since it is easy to use, cost-effective, and offers a large set of functionalities.

We have not used any other integration platform but evaluated other platforms before proceeding with Boomi AtomSphere Integration.

In the past, I have also used TIBCO. We use it for a new customer. Customers tend to use Boomi based on the lower price and the reduction of capital investment. 

I did not previously use a different solution.

Prior to this solution, we used webMethods (Software AG). We implemented Boomi as it is an economical solution with many features such as integration with other products.

We have evaluated Jitterbit. We find Boomi much easier to use, since the AtomSphere IDE is more streamlined and intuitive.

The IDE runs completely in a browser and requires software on the user’s machine.

I've used.NET Web Services, Webmethods, and MuleSoft. 

They have some advantages and disadvantages, but Boomi AtomSphere Integration stands out and outperforms the other products in terms of licensing and scalability.

From a licensing perspective, especially if you are on-premises, and then the cloud. 

From a feature perspective obviously, MuleSoft and others have a bigger issue.

I used to work at a MuleSoft implementation partner. MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is used there for stage-event driven architectures (SEDA) for both ESB patterns, iPaaS, micro-services, and API management. Dell Boomi was added to the product stack in January, 2017.

I have used other systems at other companies.

I have worked with ESBs, such as MuleSoft. However, based on the usage and the end-user requests, we moved to Dell Boomi.
