The catalog of APIs for automation has been most valuable, although they are quite limited. 

Dell PowerFlex is a one-stop-shop solution. Storage, compute, network, application monitoring, and support cases are all combined into one solution. It's very easy to administer compared to when you have a reference architecture where you need to design and build everything yourself. You would also then have to work with multiple vendors.

Dell PowerFlex is easy to sell as well because it is easy to convince the customer that this is the right product rather than the reference architecture.

The integration with AWS is a valuable feature.

The solution saves a lot of space in the data center and that is a key advantage for us. The other advantage is the kind of contingency that it provides within itself, the flexibility of utilizing the resources as and when needed. It basically reduces manual effort and increases efficiency, both in terms of space utilization, as well as resource utilization.

We use it for databases. The support team responds quickly.

We haven't yet faced any challenge per se. It's pretty much just like handling a riskier controlled environment anyway, which we had experience with already. There's nothing special about it in terms of handling. That's why it's okay as a solution.

The stability has been good.

We've had no issues with scaling the solution. 

Technical support seems to be decent.

The solution has high stability and scalability features.

The availability of the product is a valuable feature. The single window management and the patching features are also valuable.

The solution was connected to alternate storage. It provides great scalability and reliability.

The security and the cybersecurity provided are very good.

All of the features are useful. We just started three months ago but we found that the issue we were having in our previous environment, which has high latency on the storage, we are not experiencing it anymore. The high ups on the storage are very good for us.

We're doing a lot of VMware for IT so this solution is really valuable from a VM point of view. We're trying to assist our customers mainly with management because that's what they want. The most important aspects are ease of management, as well as ease of configuration, allowing them to attach additional nodes and resources for the applications.

The most valuable feature is the overall integration and just seeing the three different layers which make up the machine software. Altogether, it's something that I would say is much better than any other solution that I have experienced before.

The solution has the benefits of any hyper-converged infrastructure but also has good hardware integration. It is easy to use for management and operations teams because the tools are in one place. Upgrading is easy, you do not need to check all of the components in your infrastructure, when you upgrade the solution handles everything.

The most valuable feature of this solution is integration.

The features that I have found most valuable are the compatibility with VMware, and vCenter that can scale the VxRack. You have a fully hyper-converged solution, so you can easily manage all of your obligations and all of your solutions together on one management platform.

VxRack is useful for more than a data center. It can bring in all solutions together at the same time. You can use them more than just the old way. The old way, you didn't have a rack, for the server you had to go one by one. It's a comfortable solution, you can get the VMware or the other platform, and storage and computing all together, in one solution. So that's why we have this server and use it for the Cloud solutions it provides.

The most valuable feature is high availability.
