What is most valuable?

Obviously, automation has been the most valuable feature - it's what initially attracted us and likely our main reason for purchase. However, its reporting and planning features are also very useful and contribute greatly to ROI.

How has it helped my organization?

Not having to regularly monitor our VM environments' resources has been a definite improvement over our previous time-intensive and often reactive processes.

What needs improvement?

Built-in, context-sensitive 'Help' would be useful at times, instead of having to search through the User Guide or Community for assistance - or just for those times when you're curious about the function of a particular option/feature.

A clearer, more holistic view into its on-premise Compute, Storage and Network environments Faster identification of any issues and clear guidance on their resolution More focused pinpointing of problems leading to improved employee productivity

What is most valuable?

The ability to see VM-level IOPS data without the use of an agent is the most valuable feature in my opinion. Some of the monitoring capabilities, including Hyper-V monitoring and disk latency/read/write speeds come in handy, as well. Also,... more»

We were able to leverage this product for Hyper-V free space monitoring and alerting based on customized thresholds which we were unable to do before without the use of custom PowerShell scripts. It also allows for more granular VM level... more»

What needs improvement?

The UI is a little cumbersome at first, but the more you use it and get accustomed to it, the simpler it becomes. It does leave a bit to be desired though. I believe the reporting could be improved upon and some of the customization options... more»
