We are a reseller for Dell. We wanted to evaluate the product to see if it suits some of the customer requirements. If it does, we will craft it in the form of a solution, and we will sell it to customers. So, we are still evaluating it. 

It is currently in our testing environment. We wanted to use spine-leaf architecture, and that's the reason we are using this product. We are doing a proof of concept for the spine-leaf architecture, and we are using Dell switches for that.

We are not using OS10; we are using SONiC.

We use the solution in the data center. It's a robust solution that is stable and user-friendly. The comma blind is easy and provides the scalability required for data centers. We use it to integrate with other hypervisors. It is so user-friendly that it can easily incorporate  VxRail and support customers.

We use these switches in our pharmaceutical company, which has been running for more than twenty years, since 1984.

My main use case for Dell PowerConnect Switches is as a data center switch, but only for specific servers.

Dell PowerConnect Switches is used as the backbone for my network, which is a high-performance computing network.

Dell PowerConnect Switches make up part of our network and they are connected to our Dell servers.

Dell PowerConnect Switches is a solution used by the cabinet of ministers in governmental structures, businesses, and other national agencies for television and broadcasting. Dell PowerConnect Switches can be considered a very compatible product with Cisco products. With the product's documents having documents available for Dell PowerConnect Switches, you can prepare something similar to Cisco. The price of Dell PowerConnect Switches is very competitive since there may be no proper variety of products like Cisco has when it comes to Dell.

Dell PowerConnect Switches are the main switches we use for our users.

We do not use the product for access but for storage. We use it to connect to the storage. 

My primary use cases of this solution are for wireless, routing, and filtering. For example, we use one as an edge router for our DMZ, so people from outside can reach several DMZs from our enterprise organization.

We use it in various environments for different customers.

We are a small operation and don't have a so-called data center. Our requirements are not complex and we really just need a firewall for downloading material. We use 48 port units. The switches have that capability and give us enough flexibility for when the time comes to really start segregating things. The product is used extensively but it doesn't require much maintenance. I'm an IT manager and we're Dell customers. 

We use the solution in our data center.

Our primary use case is we connect people to them.

We are customers of Dell and I'm a systems administrator. Our primary use case for the product is connecting the main core, the data center, with core switches. We have six floors in the building and on each floor we have two switches we connected using stack technology with a fiber network in between.

The primary use case of this solution is for storage and connectivity.

Data center and distribution

We are a solution provider and Dell PowerConnect Switches are one of the products that we implement for our customers. Many of the models are used to manage East-West traffic in the network. The are other models that handle traffic at the application layer.

In data centers, we generally deploy the S Series.

We use this solution for our local infrastructure and environment.

We use the Dell EMC Networking N1500 series switches. We use them primarily for access to the Local Area Network.

We are a product reseller and the Dell PowerConnect Switches are one of the solutions that we implement for our clients. They are used for connecting servers, hosts, PCs, and other devices.

I've always used them as iSCSI only switches; they don't run anything else other than pure iSCSI traffic.
