Scalability is the reason why we are going for spine-leaf architecture. This is a PoC environment. So, we want to scale. We want to replicate the same thing 100 times or 200 times, and we should be able to scale to that extent. 

Users-wise, currently, it is for our internal users. There are not many users.

The solution is scalable.

We have deployed more than 150 mixed brand switches in our office.

The solution has 300-400 users in our company.

I find Dell PowerConnect Switches scalable.

Dell PowerConnect Switches can scale very well.

Two modules can be stacked on a single chassis. We have approximately 60 chassis with two modules each, so 120 Dell PowerConnect switches. These are connected to Cisco switches at one end of the network.

It is a scalable solution.

Around 30 to 40 customers of our company work with Dell PowerConnect Switches.

We have multiple customers. Each customer has around 100 users.

I rate the solution a six out of ten for scalability.

Scalability is dependant on your perspective. You can add another power connector that is the same with the same details, but scalability when it comes to sizing and increasing the capacity is more difficult and more complex.

Dell PowerConnect Switches are very easy to scale and it can be done on the fly. It is essentially plug-and-plug, once you have the configuration replicated.

We have customers that vary in size from SME to enterprises. There are different models available depending on the size of the organization.

These switches are scalable but I do not know to what extent.

We have eighty users who are mostly developers and our business centers.

Scalability can be a problem with these switches.
