The solution's tech support is excellent. If I need to add something to the reporting feature, I coordinate with the Densify support team. They are good enough to add those metrics into the console. I rate it as an eight.

We wanted to understand the old application and the product, so we had a lot of interactive meetings initially. And then, after product utilization became stable, we scheduled regular meetings.
