From a product point of view, the solution is stable so I rate stability an eight out of ten. 

It is performing all the time and therefore is quite stable. 

I used version 8 which was not at all stable. The services and processor keep going down, we had to manually keep them up increasing storage space because services are down, and logs not processed. We had some log loss, which is not something you want to tell the customer. 

Occasionally there are some hardware issues and some components can stop working so we face some issues there. Troubleshooting can take a bit of time. 

DNIF HYPERCLOUD is not a stable product compared to other tools like IBM QRadar.

The solution is absolutely stable and scalable. It doesn't fail easily. It's quite good. It accepts the logs consistently and steadily and it doesn't drop any packets.

The solution is quite stable and offers good performance. It also works on a virtual machine. We haven't found any issues with it so far. It's been reliable.
