I used version 8 which was not at all stable. The services and processor keep going down, we had to manually keep them up increasing storage space because services are down, and logs not processed. We had some log loss, which is not something you want to tell the customer.

Occasionally there are some hardware issues and some components can stop working so we face some issues there. Troubleshooting can take a bit of time.

The solution is absolutely stable and scalable. It doesn't fail easily. It's quite good. It accepts the logs consistently and steadily and it doesn't drop any packets.
