Domo Stability
It is stable. I never had it crash or go out of service.
I’ve never witnessed performance problems like graphs taking a while to render, things like that, only when there were data updates going on in the background.

As a service, we have never experienced any availability issues with Domo. We have not had a single outage.
There was one time where they did a major upgrade and they let us know a couple of months in advance that, in the middle of the night, on a certain date, Domo wouldn't be available from this hour to this hour. It was a very short period. Other than that one tiny maintenance window, I know we haven't had a single outage.
The solution has good stability.

The product is quite stable. From my point of view, it's quite a good tool to use if you need all types of analysis. Stability-wise, it's doing well. I don't see any lag or other glitches apart from ones that I mentioned for improvement.
Not many people are needed for the maintenance of this solution. Management of Domo is very easy. Apart from developer access, we can keep it to limited people. Normal users looking at visualization are given read-only access. Therefore, in terms of access, you can define the roles of the users. That's easy to manage.

View full review »The stability of Domo is excellent.
View full review »Domo is a stable tool. I never had any bug issue or breakdown from it. The tool runs smoothly because it always has a backup engine running, so if something goes down, the backup engine immediately kickstarts. Domo runs flawlessly and doesn't have any problem, delay, or outage because of the backup engine.

The stability is great. We have been down for maybe a few hours, once or twice, over the four years I've worked with them.
Most of the issues we had were on our side, with our data, rather than with them. That's why I was actually surprised to read other reviews that said that they were having trouble with loading the data or updating the data. I think that may be because of the way they implemented it because I've never had any issues with that.

When we started using Domo, it was only one or two years old and it wasn't quite stable. It was still in development/beta mode, but now it's quite stable.

We never had any issues with its stability at all. There were scheduled maintenance breaks. We did have a couple of stops when there was a data table that wouldn't load correctly, but that was something that they usually solved within just a few hours.
View full review »None at all. The only time Domo has not performed was when something on our side fails.

Domo is good, as long as you have a good internet connection. That's one of the challenges here in the Philippines, which is one of the countries with a slow internet connection. When I was working in another company with a good internet connection and bandwidth, we were able to access Domo very easily.
View full review »We have not experienced any issues from a stability perspective. There have been no crashes or downtime, or any loss of information.

We haven't had any downtime or crashes, it's running absolutely fine.
The performance should be improved in terms of data fetching from the external application. When you connect it with the database it takes some time to extract the data.

The solution is very efficient and very good. So far, we haven't seen any outages. It's very fast and very interactive. No matter if we're dealing with millions and billions of rows of data, we never experience any lag, which is something we used to see in Tableau, Power BI, and other solutions. With Domo, never. It's as fast as you can imagine.

New releases are communicated with a popup saying a new release will be coming through on a certain date. We definitely check the data to make sure everything went smoothly. We'll reach out to about any bugs through the active community forum. We have received the answers we need there.

It's pretty stable. With the APIs, I haven't encountered major issues with Domo.
View full review »Not really. Since everything is cloud based, we were entirely dependent on their servers and I learned not to try to work on certain types of views in the afternoons. Their servers simply couldn’t handle it. As this dates back to last year, it may no longer be a limitation.
