The initial setup is very straightforward. You can explain how to do it remotely. If you have good knowledge about the interface, you can explain to a remote client how to perform the setup. You also have a status update of any patches. For example, it tells us if an agent is not updated.

If you know the interface well, the solution will take approximately half an hour to deploy, including explaining everything, creating a policy, building a profile policy, etc. If you call the client, you can explain what they need. After creating a policy and a profile, you can add an agent and apply that policy to the agent.
