As for improvement, the con is basically API integrations. I would like to have some improved API integrations in the future release.

Moreover, there is room for improvement in the setup process. The company should move the deployment to the cloud and make it a ready setup. In the market, many of the players, like Trento, Semarchy, and MDM software which are on the cloud, are ready to use. All the installation is pre-defined so that the installation cost is not to be added by the client every time. So, deployment and installation are specific to the service partner only. A client cannot do it by themselves.

The product version we had was an older version, so just about every facet of the program could have been improved.

• The ability to export multiple files at the same time (I think multi-thread versus single-thread)
• Better performance during busy times with everybody logged in
• If a large file was imported/exported, or a lot of people were logged into the system, it would slow down and crash. This also happened at least once a day during our busy times, April through September.
