The features I find most beneficial for my work are primarily centered around mail flow management. Mail flow rules, tracing, and the ability to set up rules and generate reports within the Mailflow section are particularly useful. Additionally, the convenience of connectors to other third-party systems and the ability to manage alert policies proves beneficial.

The biggest advantage of this product is that it provides us with unlimited storage for our mailbox. The availability and simplicity of getting emails is great. There's an accessible online version and you have the full Office package available at any moment beyond Outlook. The integration with OneDrive comes in very handy. The Outlook Exchange server becomes your go-to place for storing conversations and correspondence.

On-premises Microsoft Exchange is good because it protects data privacy. It depends on the client because clients want to share their mailing communication with anyone, like vendors and all. So it's purchasing like on-premises server exchange email. So if they are okay with storing data to Online Exchange and all Office 365, they're buying that one. So it depends on the client's needs entirely.

Exchange is easy to use. It also has a built-in calendar for all the stuff I'm supposed to be looking at and doing. Exchange tells you if you have a doctor's appointment or a scheduled call. It also has a place to store and manage your contacts. If I want to add a new contact, it will put in information about that contact stored anywhere within the Microsoft Suite.

It has a feature that allows you to retain an email and recover it as an administrator. When you activate this feature, even if a user deletes an email, the email is still in the system, and we can retrieve it as an administrator. It is a very useful function. We turn this feature on for some of the mailboxes because we need to keep all the records.

I like the way emails are classified in this solution. It makes it really easy to take a look at the most important messages. This is a really good functionality. Some of the emails directly exchanged with you are marked as important and shown in one tab, and everything else is in another tab.

We usually don't have any issue with Exchange. It can be integrated with different solutions.

The mobile version of exchange keeps getting better as the product develops and synchronizes with today's latest mobile hardware. Security wise this gives local administrators control over these devices if stolen or lost.

The Exchange Toolbox comes with many useful tools for exchange administrators including Message Tracking, Tracking Log Explorer, and many more. Exchange really shines by allowing third party apps to manage and integrate with many software's geared towards the Outlook environment.

Exchange is an ever growing environment that will always have stronghold in the world of communicating and organizing information that is reliable.
