The onsite controllers are not as good as the cloud controller. I would also like ExtremeWireless to add web filtering on the access point. This feature is available from other vendors but not ExtremeWireless.

The user interface of ExtremeWireless could be better. It is not user-friendly.
In the future release, they could improve by making an easier way to work on an extender for existing wireless networks.
View full review »The ExtremeWireless WiNG Access Point on-premise is not as good as the cloud and many of my customers are switching. It is easier for my clients to manage everything from the cloud. I currently use a model of the controller that does not support any cloud functionality.

The reports could prove in ExtremeWireless. However, we are in the early stages of use and we might be able to configure them better.
View full review »The main area for improvement is the company's local visibility. It's not well-known in Portugal, making it harder to sell since customers tend to prefer solutions that they are familiar with and have strong support in their country.
