What do you think of CyberArk Privileged Access Security?

Valuable Features Password rotation, session recording & isolation and on-demand privileges. • Room for Improvement For users to access a system via CyberArk Privileged Session Manager, a universal connector needs to be coded in a language called AutoIT and its support for web browsers is so-so. Other products like Centrify have browser plugins that can help automate the process when using their products. • Stability Issues No • Scalability Issues No • Customer Service and Technical Support Very good. • Initial Setup Basic setup is pretty straightforward, but to fully utilise the product it can get complicated as it ties in with a lot of other products. What do you think of Cisco ASA?

Valuable Features The simple access rule, Internet NAT and routing are valuable features. It is very simple and the most reliable perimeter firewall. • Improvements to My Organization We were using Cisco Security Manager (CSM) to control and configure all of our Cisco products. ASA worked very well on the CSM. • Room for Improvement The next-generation firewall could improve. How has it helped my organization?

Reliable in terms of no data loss. Plays a huge role in device health checks (Event Source Monitor). Provides FSEs relevant information prior to end user problem solutions (if data sources are integrated and parsed properly).

What needs improvement?

Advance monitoring and alerting feature is not stable (Event Stream Analysis). Does not allow certain use cases running parallel. The reporting module: If only their dashboards resembled anything you would see on any BI reporting tools.
