ForgeRock products are customizable, and the out-of-the-box features are solid, too. I primarily use the OIDC compliance features. It's just a configuration. it's easy to set up and customize trees. We can add our own features if necessary. Banks and corporations have different standards and specific validations. 

The main feature that I like about ForgeRock is the workflow engine. It allows us to define some of the custom users depending upon the user's contextual access.  Other than that, the deployment and management of the tool is extremely difficult.

One of the best features of ForgeRock OpenIDM is that once you configure all the connectors, scripts, and modifications, you can migrate that project directory to other higher environments. We don't need to reinstall. Installation and configuration are pretty easy for ForgeRock OpenIDM.

ForgeRock OpenAM is also pretty easy to install and configure. The easiest part of the solution is the workflows, which are pretty easy and very good. We used to have chains that we would not use in the latest release.

We could previously make Authorization policies, and based upon these policies, only provide the access to certain resources. Right now our identity is not limited to just people but also items such as a smart refrigerator and a smart car.

This entire login flow or registration flow is now taken care of by intelligence authentication. Almost all the notes which are required for these journeys are out of the box. If you want to enable biometrics, you can get these notes from ForgeRock marketplace. This is one of the features which I like the most about this solution. Most technologies are out of the box or require a minimum configuration.

We have found the identity and access management tools in the solution to be particularly useful for our organization.

Fundamentally, we're not using ForgeRock as a single application Identity Management Solution. We need it for multiple clients, multiple implementations. Not all of them are necessarily a multi-tenant solution. We need a very versatile solution that can do a lot of work, but from a single instance that we can centralize authentications and we don't duplicate the efforts and that's where ForgeRock seems to do better.

ForgeRock is an extensive product with many functionalities and capabilities, much more than many other tools combined. It comes with XML functionality and the latest standards, including IoT, providing almost all the major identity-use cases. ForgeRock is comprehensive and open and can extend its functionality. ForgeRock has multiple units inside it, such as identity gateways. It has extensive application management and supports all sorts of protocols.

All of the product's features are good.

The most valuable features of ForgeRock are social login and data protection. From an organization's point of view, data privacy is the most valuable feature of ForgeRock. Data should be protected in the right way in an organization. User data is everything in an organization, and if data hacking harms an organization's reputation.

ForgeRock is a very good product for security and meeting your compliance and automation requirements. Our IT team's workload has definitely reduced after implementing ForgeRock.

I like the ease of navigating, handling and managing the applications and end-user profiles. It's easy, convenient and affordable. 

Their access management solution, OpenAM, is most valuable because it meets the needs of a lot of users.

The valuable feature of the product is that it's easy to customize and adaptable to any environment. We can use the leverage acknowledgment of an intellectual capture and make an out-of-the-box complex solution. 

I like the intelligent authentication feature.

The solution's most valuable feature is the authentication for the consumers. The integration with other third-party applications is excellent.

2. Ability of ForgeRock support and its development team to provide patches and functionalities.
3. Highly improved performance and scalability.
4. Fully integrated with internal/in-house provisioning systems.

In the beginning, it was open-source as opposed to other solutions like IBM. We used Solaris IDM and we had to merge with another product and we chose this because, in our company, open-source software is the main solution. 

The solution has the ability to handle a lot of users.

I like the way it is handling authentication and authorization.

The solution integrates well and it is important for them to keep up with the current trends in the market quickly enough, and they have been doing a good job at it.
