Technical support is really good. They had some good insights. I had a FortiGate installer come out and do some work with us on one of our sites that I was having problems with, and he had an issue. He called their main tech support line and he got through to the engineers in the background fairly quickly, so it was good. I had one other problem independent of that and it was answered within about four hours, quite completely. It was more information then I needed. View full review »
