We implemented it in-house. We are a global team, so a lot of people were involved. From the R&D side, at least five to six people were involved.

In terms of maintenance, when it's on-prem, some sort of maintenance is required in terms of firmware upgrades. We also follow ISO standards, so we have to do maintenance. We have a requirement to check everything once a month, but FortiWeb doesn't take much time.

I didn't deploy it myself. We received a solution where our firewall was changed, and FortiWeb was included. We migrated policies, so our situation was different. However, something like this could be deployed over a weekend. If you have a Fortinet firewall and want to add FortiWeb for protection, it's likely a weekend project. That's just my opinion.

I don't think this solution needs dedicated maintenance. But with any product like this, you need someone to monitor it. It depends on your company's model. If you're a 24/7 operation, you probably need 24/7 support.

The solution was implemented in-house. 

I handle a lot of implementations and can handle the process. 

We used consultants, technicians and, an integrator for the implementation.

We do not need more than three people to do the maintenance and support of Fortinet FortiWeb.

We used a third party to assist us with the setup.

We worked with the solution's technical support for our initial implementation but our internal team now handles setup and implementation for customers. 

We did it all in-house. We had probably three people for its implementation.

It requires minimal maintenance. We probably have two people involved in the maintenance.

The implementation was done in-house with some help from our supplier.

We implemented it with a third party, and they're the ones who always then deploy and implement it for us. The deployment didn't take more than a week.

We hired a consultant to assist us during the setup. The consultant helped my people learn the process so we could become self-sufficient. 

I deployed it myself.

We used a system integrator. One Admin is more than enough to deploy and maintain it. It is very stable and easy to configure and deploy.

Most of the deployment is done by our development team because they have some parameters that match the configuration. However, when we initially did the deployment we used a consultant company.

We implemented the solution in-house.

We install the solution for our clients. 

We have a team in-house that can manage it. We don't need the assistance of outside integrators or consultants. 

We have one System Admin who works on the configuration and an InfoSec officer who looks into events, incidents, and logs and analyzes them. So, we have two people. We also have our head of the department, and we are responsible and accountable to him.

We are using local support to configure the solutions for us. We also purchase local maintenance and support on top of the routine product support and updates. Because it is a
very specialized product, we need a very skillful person with expertise in the product to configure the solution for us.

During the deployment, we used a system integrator, but after that, we can manage it by ourselves. Our network team has seven people including one technician, one manager, and five administrators.

We used a reseller. They helped us implement the device. 

The reseller also does deployment and maintenance. For this, it takes about two of their staff and one or two of our staff internally. The staff will generally have experience in networking and firewalls with a background in security and port mapping.

We are the resellers. 

We use one engineer that does the maintenance of the solution.

We completed the initial setup ourselves and we had a consultant help us with some of the features. It was a hybrid implementation.

We deployed this product in-house. We started with the training and then we implemented the solution. In case we have any problem then we can communicate with the vendor.

We have three security specialists who work as a team for maintenance.

We did not use an integrator or reseller. I completed the deployment and implementation.

We did the implementation ourselves. It was not required to have some higher level of expertise order to implement. There were no functions that were not documented, so we didn't need any outside party involved with this process.

Our IT department implemented the solution.

We're an integrator. We just appraise the distributor behind us in order to help us in the deployment. It's a really simple deployment though. An organization most likely wouldn't need assistance. A solution like Cisco may require assistance as there would need to be adjustments done on it. It's a bit more complex.

We have a network team that deploys this solution for different clients. We have three engineers in charge of deployment and maintenance.
