As already mentioned, 'jails' is the most appreciated feature, however, it's not the only one.

Disk management is equally appreciated. The fact that you can dynamically detach and attach larger disks as needed, and simply swap them out, is great.

Another important utility we found was task synchronization. We needed to transfer a jail image from one server to another, and thanks to this utility it was very simple.

Equally useful is the management of virtual machines, and integrated services such as SMB, S3, etc.

The solution's most valuable features are container integration and storage capacity.

The most valuable feature is the readability of the site system.

FreeNAS is very efficient.

It integrates well into either Windows or Linux environments.

The reporting is good.

What I like about it is that I can work on it from any computer or any device.

The initial setup is very simple. The setup wizard is really helpful.

The stability is good.

The solution is open-source and free to use.

FreeNAS is much simpler and easier to use than other solutions, but we don't have the complete range of features that come with the full version.

The fact that no data are lost when a hard drive fails. I have had two of five drives fail at one time, and no data were lost.

Its stability is the most valuable. It is reliable, and we don't have to worry too much about it.

The program is fast, fun to work on and easy.
