Stable and scalable with a straightforward setup

What is our primary use case?

We primarily use the solution for issue ticketing.

What other advice do I have?

We're a customer. We don't have a relationship with the solution. I would recommend the solution to other organizations because it is easy to use. I'd rate the solution ten out of ten.
