Google Workspace improved my side business because it made me more efficient and helped me save time-wise.

For example, when I send out an email to a client on Gmail, I say, "Hey, does this time make sense for you for an initial consultation or the actual consultation itself?" I send that email out, and Google Calendar already puts it in, so if I say, "Hey, I'm excited to meet you at 3:00 PM," it already suggests that event. As soon as I go in and confirm that event, it pops up on my Google calendar, making the process more streamlined for my side business.

For video chatting and video conferencing with my clients, I use Google Meet.

The solution has improved our organization via:

1. Real-time collaboration for document development. It is saving our team ideal time and increasing the efficiency of collaborative working. 

2. Easy-to-build forms are allowing me to get feedback and information from my internal teams as well as from the customers very efficiently with the result data in structured manner.

3. Confidently uploading of data in storage for easy access and cross-regional and cross-departmental access.

Google Workspace has consolidated in one place our ability to send and receive emails, conduct meetings, and document our work.

We have not faced any problems in integrating the applications that were earlier on Microsoft Office. We have also not faced problems with accessing our data.

It has saved us money. We choose Google Suite due to the price. It's not due to the fact that it's better than Microsoft Suite. The thing is that we use Google Chat and Google Docs, and take advantage of the integration and the power of the search of Google - which is very good for us. We can find everything very fast.

If I'm addressing certain emails from banks — automatic emails, like OTP, etc. — I can create rules and forward that OTP to the specific email IDs. You can create rules and deliver mail to different groups using the forwarding feature. It's handy. If I'm getting a message from the bank about paycheck processing, I can forward it to every user who has asked about their paychecks. 

When I'm away, I can automatically forward my email to another user taking over for me. A copy of the email goes to the second user, so they can take action in my absence. Any case IDs or other emails related to organizational requirements go to second-level people.

Accessing G Suite is super flexible. You can use it wherever you are on any device. 

This product has improved our organization in many ways, whether it's in terms of quick access to information from any place and the fact that it's more than just email. In the work environment I can quickly collaborate with others on urgent matters. Problems are addressed more quickly and content is created and approved in less time, providing quick and easy access to information.

• Good performance, even on relatively slow connections; no local apps required. 
• Users can work anywhere with an internet connection. 
• Reduces IT spend, freeing up cash for other areas: sales, marketing, recruitment, etc.

It was much easier and cheaper for us than most email solutions as we didn’t have to worry about anything except setting up users.

It helped us a lot of working together on single artifacts. Since we are in consulting there are lot of documents we build so now we don't have to send documents, we work on the same document with a lot better version control. 

Google meet has helped us a lot as well, we do all our customer / internal meetings over google meet. Majority of our workforce is either onsite or working remotely.

It's certainly easier to meet. We have offices around the world and the ability to have a company meeting on Google Meet platform makes it a whole lot easier to actually have everybody virtually in one room at the same time.

The solution offers great integration and security, better than Microsoft in my opinion.

Our experience with this product has been excellent. G Suite is a powerful suite of tools for messaging and collaboration that has met the fundamental needs of my company, both increasing productivity and reducing costs.

I have no nonprofit organization, so it has not improved anything. However, the extra space in Drive is a potential improvement in user experience because most of the people in our organization are using either a Dropbox or Drive space.

G Suite has saved the company a lot of time. There's no longer any need to download files, everything can be edited online. 

With the help of G Suite, every process within the business can be easily linked and communicated among the employees.
