In the past 15 years, I've only worked with Microsoft tools. G Suite is a  completely different experience, and its capabilities are more advanced.

We are using Microsoft 365 apps so that our users can have access to the Microsoft Office applications, so this is what we are currently using.

I'm not a very big fan of Google since I'm more familiar with Microsoft Outlook and applications. Microsoft is good on a professional level. Microsoft provides Microsoft Teams and Outlook and other applications, similar to Google Workspace, however, from my point of view, it's better.

We are used to Microsoft since they have been the leader in the market for so long, so they have developed so much. That said, Microsoft could be expensive compared to Google. On the other hand, from Google's side, Google still has the feel of personal or consumer features. They haven't yet reached the level of professionalism as Microsoft. The good thing is, they are easy to use and could be slightly less expensive than Microsoft.

We had a bundle of things, including Microsoft servers and Microsoft Outlook email. Other things like file transfer would be covered under SFTP, and we used a product called Axway.
If you're transferring files between countries, you need to do some encryption like PGP. We use Stormshield for email file transfer. But when you get to larger files, like over 15 gigabytes, you need an SFTP server. If you're transferring a video, then you're going to put it on Google Drive, and because it's authenticated, you can do those file transfers.

We previously used Microsoft Office and Outlook. We got weary of Microsoft Office, so we switched to Google Workspace which is a product that is a little easier to use, and we have more in-house control.

I used Office 365 before. I can't say that there's a major difference between the two options, or that one is good and one is bad. They're both very good, very advanced.

I have used HubSpot previously and they are not as dynamic as G Suite Enterprise.

If HubSpot wants to be a utility company they have to be able to answer the phone. I'm planning to move to Shopify, and it has an integration with Google Adwords, you can have fulfillment and everything in a separate ecology. I'm sure G Suite Enterprise has other things that plug into Shopify that's been built new. HubSpot is not a growing platform anymore, people have gone elsewhere, especially in e-retailing.

I've used Microsoft options in the past.

Google Workspace is probably more scalable. The learning curve is probably deeper for Workspace, however, once you understand how to use workspace or G Suite, it's quicker and more responsive than Microsoft Office - and more flexible.

I've used Office 365 and related solutions from Microsoft almost as much as G Suite. I also use communications platforms, such as Zoom.

I only use Zoom when I have to. It's not one of my favorite platforms. I prefer others. I prefer the Google Suite communications platform. If I look on my phone, I've got Google Hangouts, Google duo, and I'll tend to use those over Zoom.

Zoom is getting better. The security is getting better. However, I still use Google and WebEx and any number of different platforms depending on what is the preferred platform of my customers.

In terms of time, I'd say that it has been more than a couple of years since we used Google Chrome Enterprise. We swapped because of the number of people we have on the Enterprise, and I believe we started putting it on it last year to enable the network and securities.

Initially, I used Microsoft Outlook for almost six months. I used those subscriptions, but I cannot buy the Microsoft mailbox service. I tried to communicate with a Microsoft representative, and she tried many times over two hours, but she cannot install or buy my subscription. After that, she provided me with our local representative number. Unfortunately, I cannot reach those people. That's when I escaped Microsoft Outlook and moved to Google G Suite. I think G Suite features are better for me.

We were originally using Microsoft but we switched for security reasons. We faced many spam attacks on the Microsoft platform and Google offered spam filters which were attractive to us so we decided to migrate everything there.

Overall, Google beats Microsoft on the price, performance, and security features.
