The product helps to save money. Employees can start using the solution immediately without any training. We can see 100 percent ROI with its use. 

We're in between phase one and phase two of our implementation, so the real cost savings is going to be the ease of use and reduced support cost.

Sometimes, ROI cannot be directly measured in terms of money. However, we have had an ROI with Google Workspace regarding documentation, emails, calendars, and Google Meet.

Whether or not your company receives any ROI depends on the organization. Currently, a basic plan starts from the 30GB. There is also one plan which will cost another 2,000 rupees where they give a fuller picture, however, the plan costs are too high. If you consider the Indian market, there are people who do not have web access and they consider their mobile configuration or desktop. If the user is not going to use all the GB, it may not be cost-effective.

If the user is not using on that amount of data, so why should I waste 2,000 rupees for the license?

In just a few minutes we were able to set up the email, storage, and have the tools to create and manage documents. We have conferencing software so everything is available immediately in a few clicks. You save a lot of time not having to configure all these things separately, it's in one package and on the cloud. I see that as ROI, because we don't need to spend time on tedious administrative tasks.

G-Suite is a costly investment, but it is better than other solutions in terms of features, functions, usability, and uptime. 

We have enjoyed benefits like time, money, data acquisition, and records with the tool's use. 

We're seeing a good ROI as we use G Suite for many purposes.

Google Workspace isn't worth the money.

There are several areas where a G Suite implementation can reduce costs: lower license fees than some competing products, reduced hardware, and IT support costs. 

There are also other benefits that can provide a competitive advantage, e.g., improved productivity (with appropriate training), increased collaboration (with correct use of tools), flexible working - work from home or remote locations, easy to scale - fast onboarding of new employees, and ability to add and remove licenses, as required.

If we hadn’t had this product, we wouldn’t have had email. I’m sure someone has figured out that email in a business actually has negative ROI, but we’re all going to keep using it anyway.
