I'm sure you could increase the performance, but it has to do with bandwidth per user.

The scalability of G Suite Enterprise is very good and it is one of the distinguishing features is separates your product from competitors.

We have approximately 500 users using this solution in my organization.

We might increase usage of this solution but we will have to wait and see what happens with the COVID phenomenon to subside, we hope for normalcy.

The scalability of Google Workspace is a nine out of ten for me.

I rate the tool's scalability a ten out of ten. My company has 50 users who use it daily. 

The solution can scale. You can scale quite a bit. It's not an issue at all. 

At one point, we had several hundred mailboxes. Now, we have about 50 left. We're moving away from the solution.

We have about a thousand email accounts with Google.

It's easy to scale. We can upgrade as needed whenever we want. 

G-Suite is easy to scale. With an on-premise environment, you have hardware limitations, like hard drive space, server CPU, RAM, etc. You don't have those limitations with a cloud platform because Google has server farms and unlimited hard drive space. So you're going from an environment where you have limitations to one that doesn't.

I'm unsure how many users we have worldwide because our global user footprint includes implementations in France, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Canada, the United States, Mexico, and Brazil. So I couldn't give an accurate number of how many users will be onboarded in the next two years.

We're planning to expand our usage through integrating with other solutions. When I log in, I have around six applications that use the single sign-on, but we will onboard more. We're switching over from the Microsoft environment, like Excel macros, or connecting to the databases and pulling down data from SAP. All of that functionality will be replicated within Google Workspace.

The scalability of Google Workspace is good. I have not doubted the functionality of the solution. There are a lot of scalability features. There should be more resources to learn how to scale the solution.

We have three people using the solution in my company.

My university used Google Workspace for approximately 50,000 students.

We have not received any complaints from more than 200-300 employees who use Google Workspace regularly.

We have between 10,000 and 30,000 users. 

It doesn't seem scalable. If I were to upgrade or degrade it will take me too much time with the licensing process that's available. That might be an issue in software. I'm not sure about that.

I give the scalability of the solution a ten out of ten.

The tool is scalable. There are 57 hospitals, and every hospital has more than 1000 users. We have plans to increase the usage. Some prefer using Office 365. We have given them the freedom to choose what they use.

The solution is very scalable. If you need to scale up, you can do so with Google. 

We don't have a lot of users. We're a small company. It's probably close to a hundred users in total.

I haven't had the chance to scale because we are only three users with a small number of files to manage, but I wouldn't expect any issues. 

There are around 60 users who use it. We use it constantly 24/5, we're not open on the weekends. We have around the clock shifts. So it's in use all the time.

There's no maintenance required. I think this latest change the administrator made was probably the first change he's made in two years. 

Google has many data centers, and their services are in their cloud. The performance in all of their applications is excellent. I can't say a bad word about G Suite.

The scalability is fine. I've got one site with 50 users, so scalability doesn't really matter that in that environment. On the Google apps platform, it doesn't matter if you have one, or 10, or 100 users really, because each user is just functioning on its own space.

G Suite is scalable. It offers so much storage. I even use it for my family as well. I have a 2 terabyte plan and it's amazing. You put whatever you need in there, and I've never reached a limit. You can create as many documents as you want. From the user's standpoint, it's great. It'll have the greatest scalability. 

Scalability is always on the high side.

You can scale it easily. Internally they use Google Cloud, which has several features to increase it.

We have more than 10,000 users in our organization. 

I've never seen a limit to the solution in terms of how high it can scale. I've never seen an upper-end issue. I'm also talking about users to the maximum of hundreds. I haven't needed the solution for tens of thousands of people. I'm assuming that there is some sort of upper limit, however, for now, both the limit from an individual user or for small and medium-size organizations, the ability to quickly adjust your limits on the storage isn't a problem. 

For example, I'm using Google storage as my primary cloud storage provider. I find it fantastic. And I get a lot of warnings as to when I'm getting close to the limit. I can just up my program, increase my storage and it's done. I don't have to do anything more.

I rate Google Workspace five out of 10 for scalability.

We have around 150 users, which is the total strength of the organization.

The solution can scale. If a company needs to expand, it can do so with relative ease.

We do pan to continue to use it, and to increase usage in the future.

I can't comment on the effectiveness of scaling the solution because I haven't really tried to scale it that much.

I've got an admin person that does a little bit for me, however, I mostly just use the email functionality.

My main thing that I do is sales and marketing. I'm not an IT guy, and I don't want to be an IT guy. If I have to go in and I have to figure it out for myself, then I'm not going to take that time to do it. I'll continue doing what I'm doing, which is to focus on revenue-generating activities. G Suite does not make it easy for a one-person business to go in and figure this stuff out and make it easy.

This solution is scalable.

Scalability is excellent - the product is a public cloud product so by definition it's scalable. We're not a big company, we have close to 20 users and they are in all roles, whether it's sales, marketing, professional services or administration.

G Suite is mostly used by SMEs, but with Google's infrastructure and new enterprise features, there is no reason why G Suite could not be adopted by the largest companies.

It is a scalable product. There are around 10 to 16 end users in my company.

Anna: Okay, perfect. And if we're talking about scalability, have you tried to scale it?

In our own organization we've implemented for 10 people but we have implemented to 100 in other companies. The scalability really doesn't have a limit. So, if you go for the G Suite, it's a highly scalable solution. I know companies with 400 employees that are using G Suite without a problem. 

I'm not sure how scalable the solution is. I haven't tested its ability to scale personally.

We have about 2,000 people in our organization using the product. 

We've just signed a contract to use it for the next three years, so we know we're going to use it for that length of time, even as the company continues to grow.

We probably have about 600 users and they vary roles between our executive users, the different departments, HR, finance, sales, marketing, and customer service. We use that same tool in our print facility. So we have fewer technical people that do manufacturing operations on the shop floor.

We plan to increase usage in headcount. I don't know that they offer something that we don't use. They sell add ons or third party products and we use some of them, but it's just continued use as we expand people.

Since I am using the cloud, I am not in a position to comment on the solution's scalability. 

This is a scalable solution, we have some customers who install G Suite for thousands of users and have no had any issues.

We have a couple of IT people here that manage it, but it's just a few hours. It doesn't really take much, it doesn't have many users. Fairly little maintenance is needed.

This is a super scalable solution. When you grow, it grows with you. We have almost 3,000 users in our company. 

We have somewhere around 75 users. Its usage will increase to a maximum of 100 users.

The solution is quite scalable. A company could easily expand it out to fit whatever needs they have.
