Integration with Microsoft Office synchronizes your documents so they are always current

What is our primary use case?

I use Dropbox for document and file sharing. I am more active now because I am using my personal storage to share project files.

Pros and Cons

  • "I like the synchronization, and the integration with Microsoft Office is good."
  • "The problem with the storage is that you are only able to synchronize the information within the amount of storage that you have. It doesn't matter if you are accessing from a team member who has more storage, the limitations are with your storage."

What other advice do I have?

The main difference between dropbox and other solutions that I have used is the synchronization in using local software to the account. You can work in the file in your local office and it will synchronize to the cloud. You are also always working with the latest version of the document. I would rate this solution an eight out of ten.

Has the ability to open up on Windows Explorer to see the file structure in the normal format

Pros and Cons

  • "Being able to use OneDrive as a mapped drive in Windows Explorer is the most valuable feature. Rather than using OneDrive on a browser, you can also open up the Windows Explorer and I can see the file structure in the normal format."
  • "If I want to pick out certain criteria of pictures, Google enables me to do that whereas OneDrive is a bit sort of flaky."

What other advice do I have?

If you're a Microsoft customer and you use Office 365, it works and integrates seamlessly. So most people out there use Microsoft Office products and it works hand in hand. I would rate OneDrive an eight out of ten.

Email communication that is easy to use and is always ahead of this competition

What is our primary use case?

The primary use case is for communications, through email.

What is most valuable?

The most valuable feature is that it is simple to use. Everybody tries to emulate Google. I would say that they are leaders in the area of email. It's a rolling release, it's always changing.

What needs improvement?

The price could be reduced.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using G Suite Enterprise for approximately two years.

What other advice do I have?

They are always ahead of the competition, there is not much to improve as long as they keep maintaining the same momentum. I would rate this solution a nine out of ten.
