The technical support is quite bad. I faced several technical problems and the first time, they told me that I had to call within two hours of experiencing the issue. The next time, when I called within two hours, they told me that I had to call while the issue was occurring. Then, when I called as it was happening, they said that they could not assist me. So, in the end, they were never able to help me. They do not have a feature for emailing questions. Instead, they have a board where you can ask questions and they get back to you.
