The Hitachi platform is highly stable. We've experienced minimal hardware or software failures. They promise 99.999 percent uptime, and the platform has lived up to that claim. It's essential because a commercial bank needs to operate 24/7. Downtime is unacceptable for a commercial organization. The hardware is robust, and the backend software is stable. 

When I look at storage, it's about uptime, disaster recovery, and all those things.

So, its reliability has been crucial to our operations. 

I haven't had any issues with the stability of the product.  

Normal issues, as we go through patch management, make sure that we do not install anything without looking at the bug scrubbing and all that stuff, and ensure that we always have a stable platform. Do our research and in the background, talk to Hitachi and not take it just by ourselves.

Hitachi Virtual Storage Platform is extremely stable. We have a customer that has been using the solution for over 12 years because of its stability.

So far, it's been very reliable. We haven't had a single instance where we've lost data or experienced platform downtime.
