It's a very complete product with residencies to protect data and secure it end-to-end. It includes storage, computing, and networking, offering a fully ten-key solution. 

We have a very good return on investment due to data savings through compression and deduplication methods. 

It simplifies IT management and enhances security, including the end-to-end security of the IT data engine. The product is complete, simple, and provides visibility. 

Not to forget, the AI intelligence of HPE InfoSight offers predictive analytics, proactively protecting the end customer. This proactive approach is crucial for an IT product to anticipate incidents before they occur. 

So, AI is also a part of it, enhancing the customer experience for their business. These are the main advantages and differentiators of HPE against the competition.  

The product enables me to use any software or database. I can connect it from multiple connections. It is a simple product. I do not have any problem with the solution.

The solution helps in building virtualized environments faster compared to traditional infrastructure setups.

It is easy to manage; the administration is simpler. It saves a lot of rack space in the data center because you can consolidate 20 servers into three to five nodes. The client will be able to benefit from power savings and cost savings as well.

The most valuable feature of the solution stems from the fact that HPE SimpliVity has an in-built backup solution. With HPE Hyper Converged, you get a cost-efficient tool because HPE provides both HCI and hardware. If you go with VMware and Nutanix, they charge you for Hyper Converged HCI software, while you will have to get hardware from Dell or HP.

I like the backup resolution updates.

One of the good features would be the fast backup solution Hyper Converged offers, which is more efficient compared to other vendors.

Another key feature would be that the upgrade process is much easier, especially when adding the third and fourth nodes. The availability, user interface, and configuration are also straightforward.

The solution's most valuable features are scalability, easy migration, easy recovery, and flexible backup possibilities.

There are multiple advantages. Typically, being an all-flash storage, which is available through either SimpliVity or dHCI, the performance is much better because the IOPS goes high. It's more powerful in terms of performance. Secondly, if I'm talking about the SimpliVity Hyper Convergence solution from HPE, unlike the competition, even if three hard drives fail, you are still running the solution. With the competition, if two hard drives fail, they're out of the picture. Whereas with HPE Hyper Converged, in each node, even if three hard drives go down, they're better. There's continuity.

Hyper Converge is easier to manage and performs better than traditional infrastructure.

The most valuable feature was its time to delivery.

We like the fact that the hyper-converged infrastructure provides a simple to grow, easy to configure platform. It meets our needs now, but if there's growth later, it's easy to add on another node or two.

You don't have to go out and get more servers and get additional pieces of the SAN. It's one box that has its own warranty, so it's not mixing. With the SAN, you'd get additional drives, but they'd have a warranty that started and ended separate from the original SAN. It got complicated. This makes all of that process easier.

Scaling and ease of management are good features. 

The most valuable feature is the in-built backup system. The backup speed is also excellent.

The most valuable features of the HPE Hyper Converged (standard version) are deduplication and compression. We need more of these features on the platform.

If you were comparing this solution to VMware, it has more features, and it's very fast on the recovery.

Flexibility, it can spin up new server to meet business needs at will. I don't have to worry about buying a new box, provisioning it, all the issues that go along with that. I like the fact that it's taken us from approximately 23 servers down to three ProLiant servers running the StoreVirtual VSA. We have had a big reduction in our electricity consumption, the cooling requirements for our server room dropped dramatically and the reliability has been fantastic with it.

Ease of management, as I come from a software background, and I'm responsible for IT overall. I can get in there and turn some nuts and bolts and make things happen without any trouble and they've done a really nice job putting that all together. I'm very happy with it overall.

We like the fact that it is reliable.

Hyper-convergence is the most valuable aspect of the solution. We can avoid downtime when there's maintenance or updates needed. Also, we have homogenous hardware, so we have a lot of trust in the solution's reliability.

I've found the data protection features the most valuable.

The solution is integrated in a Hyper Converged unit. We don't really use this tool, but it manages our storage for us so that it becomes one logical unit that you can attach to the server.

For HPE Hyper Converged 380, the added value is not having to buy multiple elements – servers, hard disks, memories, CPU, cables, and software – because you have to unpack it, install it, and update the firmware. You have to do it all by yourself.

With this solution, I buy everything together, pre-packaged, pre-installed, and in just 15 minutes, it's installed. It just asks a few questions about IP address and user passwords, and everything is installed. You don't need to have experts in servers, storage, and networking because an IT generalist can do the installation. That's why it's good in remote sites, remote offices, lines of business, and deployments. That is the real added value of this solution.

The solution is reasonably priced and easy to manage for the smaller to medium size business companies where they don't need an IT department. HPE is a great company with a great product. All the tools that we use on a daily basis are great. We can use configuration tools that HPE provides for sizing the solutions to our clients, and they have several tools to gather information from our data centers which don't cost. 

The performance is robust for HPE Hyper Converged. We have been underutilizing the storage. Though, we have almost consumed 70 percent of the storage, and I can access my data whenever I want without searching all over the place for it.

In comparison, the VxRail is better in resource utilization and performance. It is also faster. It automatically will detect anything and configure anything. Learning VxRail is easier, as everything is native and linked together.

The customers we have think it's a valuable product because of its ease of management, and its ability to work over different locations, and so on. The ease of management helps our customers’ business because they don't need to do so much with it. It just works. It's easy to provision, and so on.

The most valuable features are the ease of use, resiliency of solution and data protection.

The features I've found most valuable are manageability, integrated backup solution SimpliVity, and deep integration.

What I really like about this program, is that it needs little space and it works really fast, so it saves us time.

3. The price per value compared to other solutions, like Nutanix and SimpliVity. (We made the deal before approval of HPE SimpliVity deal). 
4. The HA, which means I have a copy of the VMs always available, and the moment a VM is down, the system tries to power it on again. 

The drawback: I do not have deduplication, compression, and DR features, which were later addressed through HPE SimpliVity acquisition.

The provisioning is very fast. It’s not a problem for us to achieve the goals of the client.

The most valuable features of this solution are fast deployment, security, and it is easy to upgrade.
