To deploy the solution, we need to consider whether we need PoE switches. We also need to consider what kind of fiber optics ports we need. We need two people to deploy the solution.

We did not have to hire any consultants. We handled it ourselves. 

We have higher-end technical personnel for handling deployment and maintenance tasks.

The deployment process was easy because I had one switch that had a hard failure. I simply needed to replace it, and I obtained an HPE switch as a plug-and-play replacement. 

There wasn't a specific protocol or extensive research involved in replacing individual switches. However, now I'm involved in a project for network refreshment.

I perform the implementation, deployment, and maintenance. If I need to clear up the fiber channel, a transceiver, or something else, then I do it myself. If we need to connect and patch one of the switches then I just configure a port, send an email, and the local staff can do the patching.

We do the implementation and the difficulty depends on the number of ports and workstations the client works with. We do not do DHCP configurations, we work with static IPs only. Each port and PC has to be configured separately which can take time.
