In the enterprise space, Cisco seems to be performing better than Huawei. When you look at all the features, particularly regarding component availability, then Cisco has plenty of proprietary features that Huawei does not have. With Cisco, you can patch and update without the need to reboot and the system will function. That aspect is lacking in Huawei. 

When comparing Huawei to Cisco, the performance and the configuration are similar. The appliances have similar specifications, and the support is similar as well.
