HubSpot Marketing Hub Initial Setup
I would rate my experience with the initial setup a five out of ten, with ten being easy to set up.
It requires technical support for onboarding, as it's not a process you can easily complete independently.
We also faced a complexity during setup. The main challenge was data migration from other tools to HubSpot, but it's been smooth sailing since then.
It took not more than three months to deploy.
View full review »The initial setup was pretty straightforward. The solution was pretty easy to put together and build out. Of course, there's always something new to learn with this tool because they're always tweaking different things, but I'd say that it is fairly easy to learn.
It was straightforward without any major issues. I haven't had to deal with complex integrations or API setups.

The initial setup process is straightforward, thanks to their high school academy and YouTube videos. It was relatively easy to grasp how to configure it. I would rate it eight out of ten.

View full review »We started with a free trial, and inside of it I could already set up some of my platform, and when we moved to the paid version, I didn't have to start over. Integration with Salesforce wasn't too complicated. What is complex is, as a marketeer, we have to load, and design a lot of our content to the system. But I don't think that's a limitation of the platform.
View full review »In my experience, this depends more on the DNS you use than on HubSpot. I've been part of extremely smooth and easy setups and extremely difficult setups.

View full review »The initial setup was a big task, but HubSpot sets you up with an on-boarding specialist for your first three months. This is in addition to your customer success rep. They really focus on getting you started.
My on-boarding specialist was awesome. She really helped get me set up and she guided me through all the tools. We met on a weekly basis and I took action items away each week. She answered any questions I had when executing, and was very helpful.
