There are a number of different types of licenses. There are concurrent licenses, individual licenses and imaging licenses. 

The tool's price is high. 

I can't speak to the exact pricing. I don't have information about licensing. 

They can do better in terms of the pricing model. It is a really expensive tool in Latin America. They should have different prices for different regions.

OnBase is reasonably priced - we pay around $4,500 a month for our licenses.

It’s very modular. With every incremental implementation, there will probably be additional license fees.

OnBase is a modular-based solution that offers a variety of vertical-based solutions, such as like AP and AR.

It’s a bit pricy, but it’s worth the investment. The philosophy of Hyland is to remove the overhead of coding the solutions as much as possible.
